Displays at the Library

The library invites local artists, hobbyists, historians and clubs to design and install displays for three different spaces in the library:

  • Conference Room Gallery: Cloth boards mounted on the walls allow the hanging of paintings, photographs, quilts, and other two-dimensional work. Pins, mounting nails and some mounting hardware provided.
  • Tall Case: A vertical case in the library’s entry-way features up to three movable glass shelves to space for three-dimensional objects.
  • Children’s Room Case: A horizontal case in the Children’s Library, with access from two sides, makes a great space for displaying a special collection or miniature tableaux.
